Terms and Conditions
Electricity is an added cost and has been incorporated into the subscription price *subject to change*
1 Year contract- This will be a billed direct debit payment which will be set up via your first monthly payment.
3 Month Notice – This is a notice period to be given in a written format at least 3 months prior to your contract termination date.
Subject to a months deposit. This fee will be offset against your final month of your contract once terminated.
Should this contract be terminated before the agreed contract period the deposit will be forfeited without any refund or rental period in exchange.
On completion of your contract and on moving out date- The Studio needs to be left in the same condition in which it was found- including the cleaning of the walls (screws removed) and floors to be a a good standard.
