Membership Policy/ Conditions

• Electricity Is an added cost that has been incorporated into the subscription price *subject to change*
• 12 Month Contract – This will be billed direct debit payment which will be set up via your first monthly payment.
• 3 Month notice – This is a notice period to be given in a written email format for at least 3 months prior to your contract termination date.
• Subject to a 1 Month Deposit. This fee will be offset against the final month of your contract once terminated.
• Should this contract be terminated before the agreed contract period the deposit will be forfeited without any refund or rental period in exchange.
• On completion of your contract and on moving out date -The studio needs to be left in the same condition in which it was found – including the cleaning of the walls (screws removed) and floors to be a good standard.
