3rd Rail Premium Emulsion is a one component photopolymer emulsion for printing water or solvent based inks, also ideal for abrasive printing media such as discharge and varnish inks.
Resistant to discharge inks without adding a Diazo or catalyst. Gives excellent print definition on any mesh types. The special aspect of this emulsion is it has a 12 month shelf life as it doesn’t requires mixing and it works in creating high mesh screens when working with speciality inks and binder.
This Pre-mixed Emulsion is more sensitive, so needs less light exposure time. We recommend 1/3 your normal exposure. Only Suitable for high quality film artwork.
